Program description

Who this program is for
This program is built for senior leaders, executives, and the teams around them — people accountable for organizations that keep hitting the same walls despite smart, capable people. No technical background is assumed. If you have ever fixed a problem only to watch it return in a different form, this program is written for you.
The program runs as a live cohort of small size so every participant can work on a real problem from their own organization. Sessions combine a short systems-thinking concept with guided diagnosis and peer discussion, and each participant leaves with a structural diagnosis of one recurring problem they care about.
The program is led by Manish Jain, Applied Organizational Theorist, alongside SystemsWay facilitators who have guided leaders through organizational complexity across sectors. Small cohorts mean facilitators work closely with each participant on their own case.
