Program description

Growth is where most organizations lose coherence: hand-offs multiply, accountability blurs, and small failures cascade into large ones. This program shows you how to architect systems that absorb shocks and scale without fragmenting — designing loosely coupled units, clear interfaces, and the slack that buys resilience, so the organization bends under pressure instead of breaking.

What this program builds

  • The ability to distinguish events from the patterns and structures that cause them.
  • A working method for mapping dependencies and hidden feedback across a system.
  • Judgement about where to intervene for leverage instead of optimizing local parts.
  • The confidence to resist false simplicity when a system pushes back under pressure.
  • A shared language for structure that aligns a leadership team on the real problem.
  • A diagnosis of one recurring problem in your own organization, worked end to end.

Who this program is for

This program is built for senior leaders, executives, and the teams around them — people accountable for organizations that keep hitting the same walls despite smart, capable people. No technical background is assumed. If you have ever fixed a problem only to watch it return in a different form, this program is written for you.

Program details

The program runs as a live cohort of small size so every participant can work on a real problem from their own organization. Sessions combine a short systems-thinking concept with guided diagnosis and peer discussion, and each participant leaves with a structural diagnosis of one recurring problem they care about.

Program facilitators

The program is led by Manish Jain, Applied Organizational Theorist, alongside SystemsWay facilitators who have guided leaders through organizational complexity across sectors. Small cohorts mean facilitators work closely with each participant on their own case.
